South Korea’s global K-pop sensation BLACKPINK has taken their ‘Deadline’ World Tour to Japan, captivating tens of thousands of fans over three spectacular shows. According to YG Entertainment, the group performed at the iconic Tokyo Dome from 16 to 18 January, drawing a cumulative audience of 165,000.
The concerts kicked off with fan favourites “Kill This Love” and “Pink Venom”, immediately igniting the crowd. Fans joined Rosé, Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo in singing along, while the group’s electrifying choreography added to the euphoric atmosphere. One by one, hits like “Whistle”, “Boombayah”, and “Jump” followed, keeping the audience on their feet throughout each performance.
Towards the finale, the performers became visibly emotional, expressing their gratitude to the audience. Following the Tokyo Dome concerts, BLACKPINK is scheduled to headline three shows at Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong from 24 to 26 January, marking the conclusion of the ‘Deadline’ World Tour.
This tour coincides with the group’s long-awaited return with a new release. After three and a half years, BLACKPINK will unveil their third EP, ‘Deadline’, on 27 February.
