Following their three-month tour of North America, renowned singer and composer Pritom Hasan, alongside his elder brother and popular vocalist Protikkh Hasan, are set to embark on a musical tour of Australia.
Pritom revealed that their first concert will take place on 9 November in Sydney, New South Wales. He and his brother will be travelling to Australia this week, accompanied by Protikkh and their musicians. After Sydney, their second concert will be held in Melbourne, Victoria, on 15 November. From there, the duo will head to Brisbane in Queensland.
The Brisbane performance will take place on 16 November, after which the brothers will take a five-day break before heading to Adelaide in South Australia, where they will perform on 22 November. The tour will conclude in Perth, Western Australia, on 23 November. However, depending on the organisers’ and audiences’ demands, additional concerts may be added.
Pritom Hasan commented, “There are countless Bengali and Bengali music enthusiasts living in Australia, and we aim to meet the expectations of all kinds of listeners with our performances during this tour.”
Protikkh Hasan added, “Performing together as brothers on the same stage is always a joy. Especially when the audience wants to see us perform together, it provides extra motivation. Even after back-to-back international tours and concerts, we never feel exhausted. In fact, we are eagerly looking forward to another tour to perform for our audience.”
Both Pritom and Protikkh expressed their hopes that this Australian tour will be memorable for both them and their fans.
Recently, the musical siblings completed an extensive tour across North America, performing 26 shows in more than 22 states across the United States and Canada. The concert series began in May in Dallas, USA, and continued through cities including Miami, New York, San Jose, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, Los Angeles, Houston, Austin, Seattle, Atlanta, Detroit, as well as Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and several other cities in Canada.
