Gavin Adcock Displays Brutal Bruise After Stage Fall: “It Happens”

Rising country star Gavin Adcock took an unexpected tumble during a live performance in Canada, slipping off stage while singing his song “Deep End”. The mishap, which left the singer with a nasty bruise, was captured in footage from the concert.

In the video, a shirtless Adcock can be seen performing his 2023 track while walking across the stage, seemingly holding a bottle of Jack Daniels. As he neared the edge of the stage, Adcock lost his footing and fell headfirst into the crowd, with his cowboy hat flying off in the process.

Despite the fall, Adcock quickly regained his composure. He popped back up to his feet and continued engaging with fans at the front of the stage, even waving and smiling as he walked past them. The incident went viral on TikTok, with the artist commenting simply, “It happens.”

On Monday (November 3), Adcock shared a close-up of the aftermath, showing the large purple bruise on his upper thigh. “Well, a lot of y’all saw me bust my a– off the stage the other night,” Adcock joked in a video posted to social media, lifting his bathrobe to reveal the injury. “I just wanted to show you the result of that. Look at that big ole bruise right there. S–t.”

However, the singer assured fans that the injury was not too painful, adding in the caption: “It only hurts a little.”

Adcock is currently on tour following the release of his debut album Own Worst Enemy in August. Over the past year, the musician has gained significant attention, both for his album’s success and his outspoken opinions on other artists. In June, he made headlines when he criticised Beyoncé’s Grammy-winning Cowboy Carter album, claiming, “That s–t ain’t country music and it ain’t ever been country music.” He also found himself in a heated exchange with Zach Bryan at a festival in September after accusing the singer of snubbing a fan seeking an autograph.
