A Philosophy of ‘Non-Material Happiness’
Lead vocalist and songwriter Zunaid Evan describes the new collections as a deep dive into existentialism and “non-material happiness.” Moving away from the materialistic grind of modern urban life, the albums explore the profound joy found in simple, intangible elements—the rain, the moonlight, and the sincerity of a human smile.
“Our current lifestyle is heavily material-based,” Evan explained. “We are trying to mirror the internal conflict of the self and the beauty of existence that doesn’t require a price tag.”
The Rollout and Live Experience
The band plans a strategic release starting on Chand Raat (the eve of Eid), debuting one lead single from each album. Subsequent tracks will be released weekly. To celebrate the launch, Ashes is eschewing traditional indoor venues for “Listening Parties” set against the natural backdrops of mountains and the sea, allowing fans to hear the stories behind the lyrics in an immersive environment.
| Album Title | Track Count | Primary Theme |
| Bibhrom | 9 Tracks | Illusion, Self-Reflection, Existentialism |

Philanthropy Through Music: The ‘For the People’ Project
In a commendable move, Ashes is also debuting a track from their humanitarian project, ‘Manush-er Jonno’ (For the People). This ten-song initiative is designed to generate funds for patients suffering from cancer, kidney disease, and paralysis. The band has pledged that 100% of the proceeds from this project will be donated directly to hospital funds, bypassing the band’s personal accounts entirely.
Global Aspirations: The 2026 Europe Tour
Following the domestic festivities, the band will embark on a highly anticipated European Tour in May. Due to heavy commitments within Bangladesh, the tour is currently limited to a fortnight, focusing on key cultural hubs.
Italy: Confirmed performances in Rome and Venice.
France: A headline show in Paris.
