Arfin Rumey, Dola Join Final Episode of ‘Eta Amaderi Golpo’

The family-oriented television series Eta Amaderi Golpo is approaching its conclusion under the direction of Muhammad Mostafa Kamal Raj. The final episode has been designed with a special appearance by singer Arfin Rumey and singer Dola Rahman, who will feature on screen as part of a musical sequence.

The concluding episode, with a duration of approximately one and a half hours, is scheduled for broadcast at 3:00 pm on 8 May. It will serve as the 52nd and final instalment of the series.

The title song of the series was composed and performed by Arfin Rumey, while Dola Rahman contributed as a duet vocalist. The lyrics were written by Mahmud Manzur. Building on the popularity of the title track, director Muhammad Mostofa Kamal Raj has incorporated both singers into a special scene in the final episode. In this segment, they will appear in their professional identities as musicians rather than fictional characters, and will also perform the title song within the narrative context.

Speaking about the appearance, Arfin Rumey stated that the idea of featuring both singers in the episode originated from the director. He noted that they are participating at the director’s request and will be seen in a performance-based capacity rather than portraying distinct roles.

In addition to the title song, two further musical pieces have been produced for the series. The song “Se Manale” has been composed, arranged and performed by Shahriar Marcel, with lyrics by Tariq Tuhin. Another track titled “Jani Na” has been composed and performed by Prottay Khan, featuring a duet with Susmita and lyrics by Siam Sarkar.

The broadcast schedule of the series has followed a structured weekly pattern since its launch on 5 November last year. Episodes were aired twice weekly on Channel i and subsequently released on YouTube via the CinemaWala channel. However, the final week introduced adjustments to the release timetable to accommodate the concluding episodes.
