Myke Towers scores a major achievement with ‘Tengo Celos,’ hitting No. 1 across Latin Airplay, Latin Pop Airplay, and Latin Rhythm Airplay charts.
Myke Towers has achieved another monumental feat with his latest hit, “Tengo Celos,” which has soared to the top of three key Billboard Latin charts: Latin Airplay, Latin Pop Airplay, and Latin Rhythm Airplay (all dated Nov. 15). This marks his second triple-chart win in 2025, following a similar accomplishment in August. The track jumps from No. 10 to No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart, from No. 2 to No. 1 on the Latin Pop Airplay chart, and from No. 4 to No. 1 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart.
“Seeing my name at No. 1 on all the radio charts in the United States and Puerto Rico is something that still amazes me,” Towers said in an interview with Billboard. “Behind every achievement like this, there’s so much more than just numbers—there are sleepless nights, sacrifices, tough decisions, and, above all, a real connection with the people.”
Released on July 17, “Tengo Celos” is part of Towers’ album Island Boyz, available through OneWorld International/Warner/Warner Latina. While the album reached No. 8 on the Latin Rhythm Albums chart upon release, the single has since skyrocketed, gaining 43% in audience impressions, totalling 8.1 million in the week ending Nov. 6, according to Luminate.
This success marks Towers’ 16th No. 1 hit on the Latin Airplay chart, following “Soleao” with Quevedo, which was the first track from Island Boyz to reach the top spot in August. As a solo artist, “Tengo Celos” also becomes Towers’ fourth No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart, joining “Lala” (2023), “La Falda” (2024), and “La Capi” (2024).
“I dedicate this No. 1 to my team, to everyone who believes in me, to the radio stations that support me, and to the audience that always stands by me,” Towers added. “Representing my island and seeing Latin music grow globally is a blessing I never take for granted. We’re still working with the same hunger and faith as on day one.”
With this victory, “Tengo Celos” becomes the fourth song to achieve the triple crown across Latin Airplay, Latin Rhythm Airplay, and Latin Pop Airplay charts in 2025. Towers previously achieved this feat in August with his collaboration “Soleao” featuring Quevedo. Earlier this year, Danny Ocean and Kapo’s “Imagínate” also topped all three charts (April). Most recently, Maluma’s “Bronceador” joined the list of triple-chart toppers in October.
