Earlier this year, Tahsan Khan stunned fans and critics alike with an announcement that he was stepping away from both singing and acting, sending ripples of disappointment among his followers and sparking fierce debates among his critics. Despite the intense reactions, the star remained silent on the matter, citing negative experiences with performing and social media that influenced his decision.
However, just when it seemed certain that Tahsan would be absent from both the screen and social media, he has now clarified that he is not completely stepping away. While he confirmed he would no longer be involved in music or acting, he will continue his role as a TV host.
Tahsan is set to return as the host for the second season of Family Feud Bangladesh, just like he did for the first season.
On Tuesday afternoon (4 November), at a press conference held at a five-star hotel in Dhaka, the show’s organisers, Bong, confirmed that the second season of Family Feud Bangladesh is in the works. Tahsan Khan himself was present at the event to share the exciting news.
According to organisers, the production of the new season will begin this December, promising even more laughter, fun, and lively moments that celebrate the bond between families.
Speaking about his return to hosting, Tahsan expressed his excitement, saying, “This show holds a special place in my heart. It brings families back together on the same sofa and creates a unique space for fun debates and moments of laughter.”
Along with the announcement of the new season, Tahsan revealed that registration for the upcoming season has now officially opened. He invited families from all over the country to apply and join in the fun.
It’s worth noting that in the first season, the show was directed by Wahidul Islam Shubro, with 48 families participating from across Bangladesh.
