Prominent Bangladeshi pop singer and composer Imran Mahmudul has officially returned to the recording studio following an extensive two-month tour of the United States. After taking a brief respite to recharge, the hitmaker has resumed his creative endeavours, unveiling plans for his latest romantic track titled Sokhi Mon Bujhla Na. The upcoming release features emerging actress Rubaiya Esha as the lead model in its official music video, marking a fresh collaborative milestone for both artistes.
Written and composed by lyricist Gunjan Chowdhury, the song has been brought to life through Imran’s distinct vocal performance and intricate musical arrangement. To match the track’s emotional depth, director Chandan Roy Chowdhury was brought on board to helm the visual production. Filming for the music video recently concluded after an intensive shoot across several scenic outdoor locations on the outskirts of Dhaka, capturing a polished aesthetic designed to complement the song’s melodic arrangements.
Reflecting on the creative process behind the casting, Imran shared that the production team felt strongly about introducing a fresh face to visually anchor the story. Following a deliberate search, the team selected Esha, feeling her presence fitted the dynamic of the song seamlessly. Imran expressed strong confidence in the final project, noting that he anticipates the track will resonate deeply with audiences and rank amongst the standout musical releases of the year.
For Esha, participating in the project represents a significant step forward in her burgeoning career. Speaking about the experience, she expressed sincere gratitude to the director and production crew for their guidance throughout the shoot. She added that working alongside an established figure in the Bangladeshi music industry was both inspiring and rewarding, expressing optimism that audiences will appreciate the chemistry and visual narrative conveyed in the final edit.
With production now fully wrapped up, final post-production adjustments are underway to prepare Sokhi Mon Bujhla Na for its official public debut across digital streaming platforms.
