Co-written and produced by Erik Ron, whose credits include Panic! At The Disco, Bush, Set It Off, and Black Veil Brides, “Critical” is a powerful departure from her previous work, pushing her sound into more urgent and intense territory while still retaining the confessional alt-rock edge that has won over fans worldwide.
The song captures the turmoil of self-doubt, isolation, and the overwhelming realisation that you’re losing touch with who you are.
