Woh Jab Yaad Aaye Lyrics :
Ho o o
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Ghame zindagi ke andhere me hamne
Chirage muhabbat jalaaye bujhaaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Aahaten jaag uthin raaste hans diye
Thaam kar dil uthe ham kisi ke liye
Kayi baar aisa bhi dhokha huaa hai
Chale aa rahe hain wo nazre jhukaaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Ghame zindagi ke andhere me hamne
Chirage muhabbat jalaaye bujhaaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Dil sulagne lagaa ashq bahne lage
Jaane kyaa kyaa hamen log kahne lage
Magar rote rote hansi aa gayi hai
Khayaalon me aake woh jab muskuraaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Woh juda kyaa huye zindagi kho gayi
Shama jalti rahi roshni kho gayi
Bahut koshishen ki magar dil na bahla
Kayi saaz chhede kayi geet gaaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye
Woh jab yaad aaye bahut yaad aaye.

Rafi was notable for his versatility and range of voice; his songs varied from fast peppy numbers to patriotic songs, sad numbers to highly romantic songs, qawwalis to ghazals and bhajans to classical songs. In 2001, Rafi was honoured with the “Best Singer of the Millennium” title by Hero Honda and Stardust magazine. In 2013, Rafi was voted for the Greatest Voice in Hindi Cinema in the CNN-IBN’s poll.
