After a long wait, Shironamhin has announced the sequel to their popular song ‘Ei Obelay’—titled ‘Ei Obelay-2’. The track will be released as the final song of the band’s latest album Batighar in the first week of December.
The music video for the song was shot at various scenic locations across Thailand. The production was carried out in collaboration with the renowned company The Premium Homes Limited. The song will be released in both Bengali and English versions on the same day.
‘Ei Obelay-2’ features lyrics by Ziaur Rahman, while the composition and music video direction are by Kazi Ahmed Shafin. The video stars popular presenter and actress Neel Hurjerahan as the model. Actor Tousif Mahbub will appear in certain scenes as a still image. The official teaser for the song has already been released on Shironamhin’s official YouTube channel.
Alongside this, the ninth track from the Batighar album, ‘Klanto Coffeeshop’, is also being released today. The lyrics and composition of the song are by Sheikh Ishtiaq, marking Shironamhin’s first venture into music production. The music video will premiere on Shironamhin’s YouTube channel at 7 PM.
Following the release of ‘Klanto Coffeeshop’, the band members will depart Dhaka for Canada, marking Shironamhin’s first tour in the country. Despite their busy schedule, the band continues to release new music consistently.
