Popular actress Tasnia Farin has made waves this year with her singing debut, having collaborated with Tahsan on a track that topped the trending charts for several days and garnered praise across various circles. Following this success, the actress is gearing up to surprise her fans once again with another song in the coming year.
At the recent awards ceremony organised by the Cultural Journalists Forum of Bangladesh (CJFB), a prominent association of entertainment journalists working with national media outlets, Farin revealed her plans for the new year. She also received an award at the event, which left her feeling immensely fortunate.
Speaking to the press about her award, Farin expressed, “I feel very lucky to receive this award. Although I tend to make decisions at the very last minute when it comes to certain things.” On the topic of her work, Farin shared that she had been looking forward to spending some quality time with her family towards the end of the year. “I really wanted to spend the end of the year in my own way, with my family,” she said.
As for her plans in the new year, Farin revealed, “I don’t usually celebrate the new year in a big way, but I always have some plans. When a year ends, I take the time to reassess myself. As the year draws to a close, I like to announce some exciting news. For the upcoming year, I have another song coming out, and I’m really excited about it. However, this time it won’t be with Tahsan bhai. There’s a surprise in store.”
Discussing her thoughts on cinema, Farin mentioned, “Good films are being made, and if I’m offered something that I truly like, I’d definitely want to do it. I have a new film project lined up for the next year, but until I step on the shooting floor, I don’t want to say anything more about it.”
She also mentioned that she hasn’t been paired with any particular actor yet, stating, “I work with a variety of people, both new and established actors. I feel comfortable working with newcomers, as there is so much to learn from them.” Farin concluded with excitement for the new year, mentioning, “I’m really looking forward to the year ahead, especially with plans for another song, a project for Valentine’s Day, and a film. I’m working hard to make sure I produce something really special.”
