Nancy Joins Forces with Akassh Sen for Eid-ul-Azha Duet

National Film Award-winning singer Nazmun Munira Nancy is set to charm audiences once again with her latest musical venture, a duet titled “Eto Bhalobasho Kibhabe”, recorded alongside Kolkata-based vocalist Akassh Sen. Scheduled for release during the forthcoming Eid-ul-Azha celebrations, the song promises to blend heartfelt lyrics with a melodious romantic aura.

The track has been written and composed by Snehasish Ghosh, while its musical arrangement is credited to Real Ashiq. The accompanying music video will be unveiled under the banner of Anupam Music.

While Nancy has previously lent her voice to songs composed by Akassh Sen, this marks their inaugural duet. Nancy shared her excitement, saying, “I’ve sung compositions by Akassh Sen before, but this is our first duet. The lyrics and melody carry a pure romantic essence, and I believe listeners will truly enjoy the song.”

Akassh Sen expressed mutual enthusiasm, adding, “Nancy is one of my favourite vocalists. I admire her singing immensely. Even if this collaboration has come a bit late, I believe this will be a memorable song. Listeners will discover a fresh chemistry in our voices.”

Snehasish Ghosh, the lyricist and composer behind the track, revealed that he has a long-standing history of working with Nancy. Over the years, he has written and composed nearly 30 songs for her, including chart-toppers such as “Danakata Pori”, “Bhalo Achi Bhalobeshe”, “Naam Ki Tomar”, “Thik Bethik”, and “Bhalobashi Akarone”. After a hiatus of almost nine years, this new collaboration marks a significant reunion just in time for Eid.

This latest offering is expected to resonate with fans across Bangladesh and beyond, highlighting Nancy’s versatility and Akassh Sen’s distinctive vocal flair. The collaboration is eagerly anticipated as one of the musical highlights of Eid 2026, bringing together two acclaimed artists with decades of collective experience.
