In celebration of Eid, the acclaimed band Ashes is set to delight fans with an extraordinary musical offering: the simultaneous release of two new albums, Bivrom and Danahin Pakhi. Bivrom comprises nine tracks, while Danahin Pakhi features eight. On the night of the new moon, a single track from each album will be unveiled, with the remaining songs released gradually—one per week.
The albums compile music created over the past eight to ten years, blending older compositions with fresh creations. While some of the earlier songs have been performed in concerts, this marks their first appearance in official album form. Additionally, a specially produced track will be released during Eid as part of Ashes’ ongoing humanitarian initiative.

Philosophy: Joy Beyond Materialism
Junayed Evan, the band’s leader and lead vocalist, emphasises that these albums represent a bold experimentation in melody and theme. “The core idea is that true happiness is not material but mental,” Evan explains. “Modern life is overly focused on possessions, yet real joy comes from connecting with nature—watching the sky, feeling the rain or moonlight, and sharing laughter. The music also reflects existential introspection and the inner conflicts of being.”
Innovative Concerts and Listening Parties
To promote the albums, Ashes has devised a series of unconventional events. Following Eid, the band will host solo concerts across several regions, along with listening parties set in scenic locations such as hills and seaside venues. “Fans will not only hear the music but also discover the stories behind each track, participating in an immersive experience,” Evan adds.
