At the centre of Aurthohin’s enduring legacy is Bassbaba Sumon, the band’s lead vocalist and bassist. Widely admired by fans, Sumon is not merely a musician but also a symbol of resilience and determination. Aurthohin’s newly released album, “Phoenixer Diary 2”, has generated considerable excitement. According to band members, Aurthohin has always aimed to stay ahead of its time. The current line-up blends experience with fresh energy. The return of guitarist and keyboardist Shishir Ahmed has delighted long-time followers. Meanwhile, drummer Sheikh Riaz, known for his involvement in another prominent heavy metal act, has strengthened the rhythm section. New member Adnan Atik has also been positively received, signalling a promising future for the group.

Aurthohin is currently planning a solo concert in Chattogram, which is expected to draw significant attention from fans across the country. Sumon has also expressed interest in organising a reunion concert featuring former members, although discussions remain preliminary.
