Rozlin Pineda Appointed President of Sony Music Asia

A landmark moment has arrived in the Asian music industry with the appointment of Filipino music executive Rozlin Pineda as the new President of Sony Music Publishing Asia. She will succeed long-serving President Carol Ng, who is set to retire in March 2026, marking the end of an influential era.

Pineda, formerly General Manager of Sony Music Philippines, will now oversee all creative and commercial operations across Asia. In her new role, she is expected to focus on expanding global support for Asian artists and fostering international collaborations. Following her appointment, she will be based in Hong Kong to spearhead regional initiatives.
