During the event, a journalist asked Gouri’s co-actor Aditya Madhavan about Gouri’s weight. In response, Gouri directly addressed the reporter, saying, “What does my weight have to do with the movie? My weight is my personal choice, and it has nothing to do with my talent. I speak through my work, and I am working hard.”
Despite her colleagues attempting to calm her down, Gouri continued, “I have a statement to make, and everyone is asking me to keep quiet.”
